sec.532 Negative notices
This section applies if— the chief executive issued a negative notice to a person under section 29(1)(b) or 38(2) or (3) of the pre-amended Act; and the notice is in force immediately before the commencement. The pre-amended Act continues to apply in relation to the negative notice as if the amending Act had not been enacted. s 532 ins 2014 No. 62 s 127 (sec.532-ssec.1) This section applies if— the chief executive issued a negative notice to a person under section 29(1)(b) or 38(2) or (3) of the pre-amended Act; and the notice is in force immediately before the commencement. (sec.532-ssec.2) The pre-amended Act continues to apply in relation to the negative notice as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
- (a) the chief executive issued a negative notice to a person under section 29(1)(b) or 38(2) or (3) of the pre-amended Act; and
- (b) the notice is in force immediately before the commencement.
