sec.530 Application for mature age student notice
This section applies if— an application for a mature age student notice was made under section 28 of the pre-amended Act; and immediately before the commencement, the application had not been decided under section 29 of that Act. The pre-amended Act continues to apply in relation to the application as if the amending Act had not been enacted. s 530 ins 2014 No. 62 s 127 (sec.530-ssec.1) This section applies if— an application for a mature age student notice was made under section 28 of the pre-amended Act; and immediately before the commencement, the application had not been decided under section 29 of that Act. (sec.530-ssec.2) The pre-amended Act continues to apply in relation to the application as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
- (a) an application for a mature age student notice was made under section 28 of the pre-amended Act; and
- (b) immediately before the commencement, the application had not been decided under section 29 of that Act.
