sec.524 Exclusion of student by chief executive

This section applies if a student is excluded from a school or schools, under the pre-amended Act, section 302 either before or after the commencement. The student is taken to be excluded from the school or schools under section 302(3) as in force after the commencement. The notice given to the student under the pre-amended Act, section 302(3) is taken to state the matters mentioned in section 302(6) and (7) as in force immediately after the commencement. s 524 ins 2013 No. 59 s 28 (sec.524-ssec.1) This section applies if a student is excluded from a school or schools, under the pre-amended Act, section 302 either before or after the commencement.
