sec.511 Programs taken to be pre-preparatory learning programs
This section applies to a program focused on literacy and numeracy for preparing a child for education in the preparatory year that, immediately before the commencement of this section, was— being provided by a prescribed State school or a prescribed non-State school; and approved by the Minister for the school. The program is taken to be a pre-preparatory learning program for this Act. s 511 prev s 511 exp 30 October 2007 (see s 511(4)) pres s 511 ins 2009 No. 40 s 18 (sec.511-ssec.1) This section applies to a program focused on literacy and numeracy for preparing a child for education in the preparatory year that, immediately before the commencement of this section, was— being provided by a prescribed State school or a prescribed non-State school; and approved by the Minister for the school. (sec.511-ssec.2) The program is taken to be a pre-preparatory learning program for this Act.
- (a) being provided by a prescribed State school or a prescribed non-State school; and
- (b) approved by the Minister for the school.
