sec.494 Application for exemption from requirement to participate in an eligible option
An application under the repealed YPET Act, section 26, for a dispensation under section 24 of that Act from the requirement to participate in an eligible option, made but not decided before the commencement— is taken to be an application under section 245; and must be decided under section 248.
- (a) is taken to be an application under section 245; and
- (b) must be decided under section 248.
