sec.492 Dispensation from requirement to participate in an eligible option
A dispensation from the requirement to participate in an eligible option, granted under the repealed YPET Act, section 24, and in force immediately before the commencement— is taken to be an exemption granted under section 244; and remains in force until it would have expired under the repealed YPET Act if this Act had not commenced.
- (a) is taken to be an exemption granted under section 244; and
- (b) remains in force until it would have expired under the repealed YPET Act if this Act had not commenced.
