sec.458 Recommendation to principal’s supervisor of exclusion of student
A recommendation that a student be excluded, made under the repealed E(GP) Act, section 34(2), but not dealt with under section 36 of that Act before the commencement— is taken to be a recommendation made under section 290(2); and may be dealt with under section 293.
- (a) is taken to be a recommendation made under section 290(2); and
- (b) may be dealt with under section 293.
