sec.419H Status of children registered in programs
A child registered in a distance education kindergarten learning program provided by a school is not, for this Act— a student of the school; or enrolled at the school; or enrolled in a program of distance education at the school. s 419H ins 2012 No. 35 s 14 amd 2018 No. 1 s 150 sch 2
- (a) a student of the school; or
- (b) enrolled at the school; or
- (c) enrolled in a program of distance education at the school.
