sec.397 Who may apply for external review
A person who is given a direction under section 341 or 350 may apply to QCAT for a review of the direction. A person who is given written notice of a decision under section 349B may apply to QCAT for a review of the decision. s 397 sub 2009 No. 24 s 164 ; 2014 No. 62 s 124 (sec.397-ssec.1) A person who is given a direction under section 341 or 350 may apply to QCAT for a review of the direction.
