sec.383 Definition for ch 14
In this chapter— relevant person , for a student of a State school or non-State school, means— if the student is a child—a parent of the student; or if the student is an adult—the student. s 383 sub 2025 No. 24 s 34 (uncommenced amendment)
- (a) if the student is a child—a parent of the student; or
- (b) if the student is an adult—the student.
