In this chapter— allowance includes a grant, subsidy or supplement. approved policy means a policy approved by the Minister under section 369 . overpayment means an amount, or part of an amount, paid to the governing body of a non-State school under section 368 (1) (b) to which the governing body was not entitled under an approved policy. s 367 def overpayment ins 2016 No. 46 s 11
