sec.343 Definitions for pt 6

In this part— employee , of a non-State school’s governing body, means— an employee of, or a contractor for, the governing body; or an employee, or subcontractor, of a contractor mentioned in paragraph (a) . exempt person , for a non-State school, means— a student of the school; or an employee of the school’s governing body engaged to perform work at the school’s premises. review body , of a non-State school, see section 343A . s 343 def review body ins 2014 No. 62 s 111 (2) s 343 amd 2014 No. 62 s 111 (1) (amdt could not be given effect)

• (a) an employee of, or a contractor for, the governing body; or
• (b) an employee, or subcontractor, of a contractor mentioned in paragraph (a) .
