sec.328 Definitions for div 9
In this division— parent , of a child, includes a person standing in the place of a parent of the child on a temporary basis. student includes— an excluded person; or a person whose enrolment at a State school has been cancelled under division 8 . s 328 def student amd 2013 No. 59 s 21
- (a) an excluded person; or
- (b) a person whose enrolment at a State school has been cancelled under division 8 .
