sec.305 Application of div 5
This division applies if— a State school’s principal, under section 156 (2) , refers an application for enrolment of a prospective student at the school to the chief executive; and the chief executive gives the applicant a show cause notice under section 159 . s 305 amd 2013 No. 59 s 14
