sec.301 Continuing education during suspension
If the chief executive suspends a student pending a final decision about exclusion, the chief executive must take reasonable steps to arrange for the student’s access to an educational program that allows the student to continue the student’s education during the suspension. s 301 sub 2013 No. 59 s 12
