sec.294 Continuing education during suspension
A principal who suspends a student pending a final decision about exclusion must take reasonable steps to arrange for the student’s access to an educational program that allows the student to continue the student’s education during the suspension. s 294 amd 2010 No. 50 s 15 sub 2013 No. 59 s 12
