sec.285 Submission against suspension
This section applies for suspension under section 283 (1) (b) or (c) . The student may make a written submission against the suspension. See also section 331 (Parent may also make submission, representation or application). The submission must be made to the chief executive and state fully the grounds for the submission and the facts relied on. s 285 sub 2013 No. 59 s 12 (sec.285-ssec.1) This section applies for suspension under section 283 (1) (b) or (c) .
