sec.229A When provisional registration or registration ends in relation to child’s age
The provisional registration, or registration, for home education of a child ends on 31 December in the year the child turns 18 years. Subsection (1) does not limit the chief executive’s power, under division 5 , to cancel the registration of a child for home education. s 229A ins 2018 No. 1 s 127 amd 2025 No. 24 s 10 (sec.229A-ssec.1) The provisional registration, or registration, for home education of a child ends on 31 December in the year the child turns 18 years. (sec.229A-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not limit the chief executive’s power, under division 5 , to cancel the registration of a child for home education.
