sec.224 Ending show cause process without further action
If, after considering any accepted representations for the show cause notice, the chief executive does not believe the ground exists to cancel the registration, the chief executive— must not take further action about the show cause notice; and must, as soon as practicable, notify the parent that no further action will be taken about the show cause notice.
