sec.216 Minimum details to be recorded on certificate of registration
A certificate of registration of a child for home education must include at least the following— the child’s name and date of birth; the address of the child’s usual place of residence; the names of the child’s parents; any conditions of registration imposed by the chief executive.
- (a) the child’s name and date of birth;
