sec.206 Who is eligible for provisional registration or registration for home education
A child is eligible for provisional registration or registration for home education— if the child will be at least 5 years and 6 months on 31 December in the year the application for the child’s provisional registration or registration is made; and until 31 December in the year the child turns 18. s 206 sub 2014 No. 62 s 40 ; 2016 No. 46 s 10 ; 2018 No. 1 s 121 ; 2025 No. 24 s 9
- (a) if the child will be at least 5 years and 6 months on 31 December in the year the application for the child’s provisional registration or registration is made; and
- (b) until 31 December in the year the child turns 18.
