sec.203 Application for enrolment pending
Section 176 (1) does not apply to a child— if an application has been made, under section 155 , for the enrolment of the child at a State school; and the applicant has not received notice of the decision on the application.
- (a) if an application has been made, under section 155 , for the enrolment of the child at a State school; and
- (b) the applicant has not received notice of the decision on the application.
