sec.2 Commencement
Section 512 (2) and schedule 2 commence on 1 January 2007. Section 512 (3) and schedule 3 commence on 1 January 2008. Subject to subsections (1) and (2) , this Act commences on a day to be fixed by proclamation. (sec.2-ssec.1) Section 512 (2) and schedule 2 commence on 1 January 2007. (sec.2-ssec.2) Section 512 (3) and schedule 3 commence on 1 January 2008. (sec.2-ssec.3) Subject to subsections (1) and (2) , this Act commences on a day to be fixed by proclamation.
