sec.199 Home education
Section 176 (1) does not apply to a child who is provisionally registered, or registered, for home education under part 5 . Also, section 176 (1) does not apply to a child if an application has been made, under part 5 , division 2 , for the provisional registration of the child for home education and the applicant has not been notified under section 207 (2) that the child is provisionally registered for home education. s 199 amd 2018 No. 1 s 119 (sec.199-ssec.1) Section 176 (1) does not apply to a child who is provisionally registered, or registered, for home education under part 5 .
