sec.196 Ending show cause process without further action
If, after considering any accepted representations for the show cause notice, the relevant decision-maker no longer believes the ground to cancel the exemption exists, the relevant decision-maker— must not take further action about the show cause notice; and must, as soon as practicable, give notice to the parent that no further action will be taken about the show cause notice. s 196 amd 2014 No. 62 s 87
