If a mature age State school’s principal asks the police commissioner for a report about a relevant mature age student’s criminal history under section 175D or 175E , the principal may also ask the commissioner for the following information— a brief description of the circumstances of a conviction or charge for an offence mentioned in the report; information about the outcome of a charge for an offence mentioned in the report. s 175F ins 2014 No. 62 s 71
