sec.149 Definitions for pt 10
In this part— nominated person , for an association, means a person who is a member, or a member and officer, of the association. notice of removal means a notice, under section 152 (3) , from an association to a nominated person for the association removing the nominated person. remove , a nominated person for an association, means— if the person is a member only of the association—remove the person as a member of the association; or if the person is a member of the association and one of its officers—remove the person as a member and officer of the association, or as an officer of the association only. removed person see section 153 (1) .
