sec.142A Giving assistance to other State instructional institutions or associations

Nothing in this Act prevents an association formed for a State instructional institution from giving assistance to— another State instructional institution, if the institution’s ability to provide primary, secondary or special education or other educational instruction has been adversely affected by an event; or an accident, a deliberate act, a natural disaster an association formed for a State instructional institution mentioned in paragraph (a) . • (b) an association formed for a State instructional institution mentioned in paragraph (a) .
