sec.135 Audit of accounts
The accounts of an association for each financial year must be audited as prescribed under a regulation. An association must, by 31 May of the following year, give the chief executive a copy of its audited accounts for a financial year. s 135 amd 2009 No. 9 s 136 sch 1 ; 2024 No. 3 s 73 sch 1 (sec.135-ssec.1) The accounts of an association for each financial year must be audited as prescribed under a regulation.
