sec.125 Executive committee
There is an executive committee of an association. The executive committee consists of the following persons— the president of the association; the vice-president, or vice-presidents, of the association; the secretary of the association; the treasurer of the association. (sec.125-ssec.1) There is an executive committee of an association.
