sec.122 Dissolution of an association
An association is dissolved— if the State instructional institution for which it was formed is closed; or if the number of members of the association is 2 or less; or in other circumstances prescribed under a regulation. s 122 amd 2025 No. 24 s 27 (uncommenced amendment)
- (a) if the State instructional institution for which it was formed is closed; or
- (b) if the number of members of the association is 2 or less; or
