sec.102 Attendance by proxy
A member of a school council for a State school may not attend a meeting of the council by proxy. However, the school’s principal may attend up to 2 meetings in each year by proxy. In this section— proxy does not include an alternative association member for the president of an association formed for the school. s 102 amd 2025 No. 24 s 23 (uncommenced amendment) (sec.102-ssec.1) A member of a school council for a State school may not attend a meeting of the council by proxy.
