sec.21A Definitions for pt 5
In this part— due day , for an initial application for payment of the amount, or part of the amount, granted for a capital assistance project, means— the day that is 2 years after the day of the Minister’s grant of the application for capital assistance for the project; or the later day decided by the Minister under section 22D (4) (b) . initial application see section 22A (a) . s 21A ins 2004 No. 44 s 13
- (a) the day that is 2 years after the day of the Minister’s grant of the application for capital assistance for the project; or
- (b) the later day decided by the Minister under section 22D (4) (b) .
