sec.12A CAAs to notify schools of relevant dates

Each CAA must give written notice to the approved authority of each of the eligible non-State schools listed with the CAA of the day (the relevant day ) before which applications for capital assistance for a year may be made under section 15 . The written notice— must be given to each approved authority before the day prescribed under a regulation; and may provide for different relevant days for capital assistance for different types of capital projects.
