#### 57 Rating levels 57 Rating levels > For the purposes of section 134(1) of the Law, the prescribed rating levels are— > > > (a) Significant Improvement Required; > > > (b) Working Towards National Quality Standard; > > > (c) Meeting National Quality Standard; > > > (d) Exceeding National Quality Standard (the second highest rating level); > > > > Note. > > > > The second highest rating level is referred to in section 152(5) of the Law. > > > (e) Excellent rating (the highest rating level). > > > > Note. > > > > The criteria for an excellent rating are determined by the National Authority. See section 153 of the Law.
