> For the purposes of section 134(1) of the Law, the prescribed rating levels are—
>
> > (a) Significant Improvement Required;
>
> > (b) Working Towards National Quality Standard;
>
> > (c) Meeting National Quality Standard;
>
> > (d) Exceeding National Quality Standard (the second highest rating level);

> > Note.

> > The second highest rating level is referred to in section 152(5) of the Law.

> > (e) Excellent rating (the highest rating level).
