#### 342 Educator to child ratio—children preschool age and under who are 36 months of age or over 342 Educator to child ratio—children preschool age and under who are 36 months of age or over > > (1) This regulation applies to a centre-based service in place of regulation 123(1)(c). > > > (2) The educator to child ratio for children preschool age or under who are 36 months of age or over is— > > > > > (a) for children attending a preschool program, 2 educators to 25 children; and > > > > > (b) otherwise, 1 educator to 10 children.
