#### 28 Additional grounds for refusal to grant service approval 28 Additional grounds for refusal to grant service approval > The Regulatory Authority may refuse to grant a service approval on the following grounds— > > > (a) the Regulatory Authority is not satisfied that the applicant is capable of operating the proposed service in a way that meets the requirements of the Law or these Regulations or the National Quality Standard; > > > > Examples. > > > (b) in the case of a centre-based service, the Regulatory Authority is not satisfied that the applicant is entitled to occupy the education and care service premises. > > Note. > > See section 49(2) of the Law.
