#### 252 Information held by Regulatory Authority or regulatory body 252 Information held by Regulatory Authority or regulatory body > For the purpose of section 322(1) of the Law, the prescribed information is all information held by the Regulatory Authority (or any regulatory body under the former education and care services law) in relation to the matters set out in section 322(1)(a) and (b) of the Law.
