#### 239 Centre-based service offering a preschool program in a composite class in a school 239 Centre-based service offering a preschool program in a composite class in a school > > (1) This regulation applies to a centre-based service that delivers a preschool program in a school in a class or classes where a full-time education program is also being delivered to school children. > > > (2) Regulations 123 and 126, and any provision of this Chapter that applies in place of those regulations, do not apply to the centre-based service. > > > (3) For the purpose of a rating assessment under Part 5 of the Law the centre-based service is taken to comply with regulations 123 and 126. > > Note. > > See also Division 7.
