#### 237 Delegation 237 Delegation > For the purposes of section 262(1)(b) of the Law, the following classes of person are prescribed— > > > (a) any person employed under a public sector law of another participating jurisdiction; > > > (b) the Regulatory Authority of another participating jurisdiction or any member of staff of the Regulatory Authority of another participating jurisdiction; > > > (c) the chief executive officer or any member of staff of any entity that is established under a law of a participating jurisdiction for a public purpose; > > > (d) the chief executive officer or another member of staff of the National Authority; > > > (e) a responsible authority under the Education and Early Childhood Services (Registration and Standards) Act 2011 of South Australia; > > > (f) the Catholic Education Commission of Western Australia.
