#### 176A Prescribed information to be notified to approved provider by family day care educator 176A Prescribed information to be notified to approved provider by family day care educator > > (1) For the purposes of section 174A(c) of the Law, the following matters are prescribed— > > > > > (a) any circumstances arising at the family day care residence that may pose a risk to the health, safety and wellbeing of children attending or likely to attend the family day care residence; > > > > > (b) any circumstances arising at the approved family day care venue that may pose a risk to the health, safety and wellbeing of children attending or likely to attend the family day care venue. > > > (2) For the purposes of subregulation (1)(a) and (b), relevant circumstances include any of the following— > > > > > (a) any renovations or other changes to the residence or venue; > > > > > (b) an infectious disease outbreak at the residence or venue; > > > > > (c) a bushfire, flood or other natural disaster that may affect the residence or venue. > > **Reg 176A:** Ins 2017 (543), reg 65.
