#### 117A Placing a person in day-to-day charge 117A Placing a person in day-to-day charge > For the purposes of the definition of a person in day-to-day charge in section 5(1) of the Law, a person is in day-to-day charge of an education and care service if— > > > (a) the person is placed in day-to-day charge by the approved provider or a nominated supervisor of the education and care service; and > > > (b) the person consents to the placement in writing. > > **pt 4.3A (regs 117A–117C):** Ins 2017 (543), reg 38.
