425 Child protection training
Despite regulations 128B and 417, a person required to complete child protection training in accordance with regulation 128B, as inserted by the Education and Care Services National Amendment Regulations 2026, is taken to have satisfied the requirement in regulation 128B if the person completed the training within the period specified on the National Authority website, whether or not the training was completed before the commencement of regulation 128B.
