Despite regulation 128E(4), a person required to complete advanced child safety training in accordance with regulation 128E, as inserted by the Education and Care Services National Amendment Regulations 2026, who was employed, engaged or appointed immediately before the date the training is published on the National Authority website must complete the training within 6 months from the date the training is published.
