418 Foundation child safety training
Despite regulation 128D(4), a person required to complete foundation child safety training in accordance with regulation 128D, as inserted by the Education and Care Services National Amendment Regulations 2026, must complete the training before 27 August 2026 if the person was—
(a) employed, engaged or appointed immediately before the commencement of regulation 128D(4), or
(b) employed, engaged or appointed after the commencement of regulation 128D(4) and before 14 August 2026.
