226A Publication of information about regulatory action [NSW]

(1) Subject to subregulation (2), the following information is prescribed for the National Law (NSW), section 270(1)(e)—

(a) information about a decision under the National Law (NSW), section 22 to refuse to amend a provider approval, including the following information—

(i) the name of the approved provider;

(ii) the name of the education and care service the subject of the proposed amendment;

(iii) the nature of the application;

(iv) the date the decision was made;

(v) a summary of the reasons for the decision;

(b) information about a decision under the National Law (NSW), section 48 to refuse an application by an approved provider for a service approval, including the following information—

(i) the name of the approved provider;

(ii) the proposed location of the education and care service to which the application related;

(iii) the date the decision was made;

(iv) a summary of the reasons for the decision;

(c) information about a decision under the National Law (NSW), section 54 to refuse to amend a service approval, including the following information—

(i) the name of the approved provider;

(ii) the name of the education and care service the subject of the proposed amendment;

(iii) the nature of the application;

(iv) the date the decision was made;

(v) a summary of the reasons for the decision;

(d) information about a decision under the National Law (NSW), section 65 to refuse to consent to a proposed transfer of a service approval, including the following information—

(i) the names of the transferring approved provider and receiving approved provider;

(ii) the name of the education and care service the subject of the proposed transfer;
