Tasmania act
This instrument makes the Education and Care Services National Law operate as Tasmanian law from 1 January 2012, so education and care service providers and Tasmanian regulators are governed by that national framework (s 1). The complete text of the National Law is contained in the Schedule to the Victorian Act, and any Tasmania-specific changes are set out in the Education and Care Services National Law (Application) Act 2011 (s 2).
