Queensland regulation
This short regulation sets its start date and formally names five specific organisations that count as "central governing bodies" for the Education and Care Services National Law (so the regulator will treat those organisations as the decision-makers for services they govern). The immediate effect is to concentrate compliance, governance and regulatory obligations on the listed bodies and on the services governed by them (s 3).
