sec.54 Revocation of authority for particular employees or officers of Corporation of the Bishops
This section applies if— before the commencement, the chief executive gave written authority under section 33 to an employee or officer of the Corporation of the Bishops; and immediately before the commencement, the authority was still in force. On the commencement, the authority is revoked. In this section— Corporation of the Bishops means the Corporation of the Roman Catholic Bishops of Queensland established under the Roman Catholic Church (Incorporation of Church Entities) Act 1994 . s 54 ins 2025 No. 24 s 39Z (sec.54-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, the chief executive gave written authority under section 33 to an employee or officer of the Corporation of the Bishops; and immediately before the commencement, the authority was still in force. (sec.54-ssec.2) On the commencement, the authority is revoked. (sec.54-ssec.3) In this section— Corporation of the Bishops means the Corporation of the Roman Catholic Bishops of Queensland established under the Roman Catholic Church (Incorporation of Church Entities) Act 1994 .

- (b) immediately before the commencement, the authority was still in force.
