sec.53 Undecided applications including request for rest period condition

This section applies in relation to an application under the Education and Care Services National Law (Queensland) for a service approval or an amendment of a service approval made before the commencement if— the application included a request for a rest period condition; and immediately before the commencement, the application had not been decided. The application must be decided as if it had not included the request for the rest period condition. s 53 ins 2025 No. 24 s 39Z (sec.53-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to an application under the Education and Care Services National Law (Queensland) for a service approval or an amendment of a service approval made before the commencement if— the application included a request for a rest period condition; and immediately before the commencement, the application had not been decided. • (a) the application included a request for a rest period condition; and
• (b) immediately before the commencement, the application had not been decided.
